Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs may vary depending on the item. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your order, we begin processing it within 2–3 business days. This includes production time, as most of our products are made to order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
After your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at support@jtjchoiceenterprise.com.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Note: (This policy does not apply to issues resulting from customer errors when entering shipping information or from missed parcel deliveries.)
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
If the item you received is defective or does not match the description in our listing, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement as soon as possible.
All returns must:
Be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
Be in original packaging and in unused condition.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY (Non-Defective Items)
For non-defective items that are returned in perfect condition, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We will provide you with a return label once we receive your return request. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee.
All returns must:
Be in original packaging and original condition.
Be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
JT&J Choice Enterprise LLC reserves the right to reject any return requests made after the 15-day return period.
